the vita fusion prenatal gummies I should say they got the folic acid and everything in them just not iron so I'd you become iron deficient layer you might need a pill for that. but my iron levels were always good

I can't take prenatals they're to big to swallow so my doc has me taking 2 flinstones chewables and an iron supplement daily.
