i had a really hard time to sleep for a while. i bought new quality pillows (because apparently i coudnt be comfortable) and a body pillow. i also did exercise about 1 hour before i go to bed. did some yoga helped me a lot
for me l had insomnia my first trimester it was really bad Cz l was up the whole night my doctor didn't give me anything he said it's part of bieng pregnant Cz yuh hormones changes be said l should avoid slèeping a lot during the day @
