Feet and ankles are very swollen. In a lot of pain. Feels like my feet are on fire. 😢

wowww super swollen. Soak your feet in salt hot water, while binding your toes fir 15-20 minutes. the rinse with cold water let the cold water run under them for a minute or two. then rub them with lotion and elevate for a hour. elevate high up. works great. stay away from salty food for couple days.

@kimmygarrett85, I have already done that today. I'm hoping it's nothing bad and I'm staying away from salty food. My mom also thinks I'm retaining a lot of water.

Ya that's what it is or it can be gestational diabetes. drink lots of water. more then more. or it can be your salt intake. I wish you the best. when do you go back to doctors?

I had same problem when i was prego I got preeclampsia at week 33 high blood pressure and at 34weeks gave birth water broke could be preeclampsia or other. Nothing helped to lower the swelling but my hubby massaged me it felt relaxing and good for a hwhile. @littleredcutie20

@senadas4_14_2015, I'm hoping it's not that. And my man isn't home, he's a truck driver so on weekdays he's on the road. And I'll be 34 weeks on Friday.

I hope not too. Mine is a truck driver too he wasnt home when i went to hospital. I started having some pain every 10min and lasted for few minutes,i said to myself ill just go to hospital and check whats going on. When they looked down there they said your water is broke partially you are staying here. It was saturday feb28th ar 2am and had to do csection on 3/2monday he wasnt breeched. I was only scared for him if everything was developed as it should. But thanks to faith he was strong he was is nicu until the 12th.When they said ill stay I texted my husband explained to him whats going on he woke up couple hrs after i was in hospital and he had unload in atlanta ga he came that afternoon. @littleredcutie20

@senadas4_14_2015, yeah, my man has been going back and fourth from Pasco Washington to Idaho dropping off loads. I'm new to him being on the road on weekdays cause he was working weekdays but he'd been home at night now I only get to have him him on weekends and he's hoping he's not on the road when our boys come but if he is there's nothing we can do about it. it's his job and he's gotta do it to make money to pay for things for the boys and bills. Being a truck driver has been his dream job and he finally got it. I support him on it. Which I'm glad I told him to go for it cause he's a lot happier and he knows now he can pay for stuff the boys will need.

Yea we have our own company, so he can come whenever. Hopefully your husband is trustworthy because truck driving is not for families if you know what i mean. Yup I dont work either im stay home mom, he supplies for us,I just help him when he needs paperwork done. Its good money if you know how to hustle. @littleredcutie20
