My doctor only told me that is pressu from the weight of the baby, he told me to get my husband to massage it at night. Honestly the massage would feel good at the moment but it would still hurt afterwards i had it until i had my baby and sometimes i get it but my doctor says it's "normal"

i had that too when i was pregnant, it hurt so bad i couldn't get up if i sat dowb

you should go to your doctor.
i used to get hick contractions until i was 27 weeks and my baby decided to come.
