I agree , definitely need a pad to go more up your butt ( Lol ) bleeding after a baby is super heavy the first like week. I had to double just so I wouldn't go through .

@missj_stephens, you need them to be long after having a baby the bleeding is different than a regular cycle. you don't want to mess your clothes up.

they are huge but very absorbent. and cooling. love take some home. remember They charge you for them regardless. haha

I used always overnight as well.

I used the ice pack ones that the hospital provides. love the Icy cool feeling after 20 plus stitches
