Unhealthy but yummy. Went to my last appt today. Really liked the midwife I had. I managed to communicate with her in spanish. She was so kind and spoke clearly do I could understand what she was saying. First time I felt I was dealing with the right person. My own doctor is so damn careless. Hope I dont need to deal with him ever again. Im super tired right now... Been walking and running back n forth all day. So I deserve this unhealthy sandwich😋😋

Its "just" bread, 2slices of cheese, 1 tomato slice and 1 salami slice. Its soo good. I dont usually eat these kinda food but once a while my body craves for it😆
