He might not like it but take a tiny wash cloth and soak it in cold water, drench out most the water and place that on his forehead. It'll literally get warm. Repeat that as often. It takes the temp away. I did it last week because my baby's temp was 99.9 and he kept coughing with a runny nose

Give baby a bath its supposed to help I did it when my sons temp was like that
