Good question?? Let me know the answer bc I am 21 weeks and mine is some what tiped and I haven't felt a sold kick yet.

I think it dies have something to do with it.. They say it usually tilts forward by the 13th or 14th week, but mine still hasn't.

I'm 19 weeks with a tilted back uterus. still haven't felt a kick. I'm thinking maybe I feel flutters though but so light idk

@bbyenolan22, I'm not sure if I have felt flutters or not. Do you feel it near your belly button?

Yeah. my doctor said by 19 weeks my uterus is up to about my mud belly button. It feels similar to indigestion or like bubbles in my tummy but it's a bit below my belly button so I know it can't actually be that, and my doctor confirmed that's what it was. [hope that makes sense lol] @daniellekaymann plus now that I pay more attention to that small feeling I can sometimes poke or gently shake my belly and more of that feeling comes
