I was told when it comes to pushing ..to push like I'm going #2..buh ion like strain myslf pushing so hard to get my #2…

u dont always have to push thats wht contractions are for .... i only did half a push and my baby was out

@amg2469, you don't have to push like crazy but they tell you push like your going number 2 because that's the area you have to push in. It helps describe how you should push. Every labor is different with my 1st he made me work for him it took 45 mins to get him out. My 2nd it took 2 pushes

yes contractions are squeezing your uterus and pushing the baby dwn into the birthing canal thats why they have you wait till your having a contraction to push cuz ur just helping move the baby down faster .. but either way baby is coming really just depends how strong your contractions are.... mine were beyond strong my babies head came out without me pushing and i did half a push for her shoulder and then she slid right out .... my labor was only 3 hrs i got to the hospital at 1251am had my baby at 125am all natural no meds

I pushed like hell. I pushed for 28 minutes and my girl was out.
