I prefer breastfeeding to formula, definitely. I breastfed my daughter for the first 3 months and unfortunately had to stop because my milk dried up. Breastfeeding is hard, but has its rewards. Breastfeeding gives you an incredible bond with your baby, and is better for them then formula. Plus when you're baby is hungry you don't have to worry about going and mixing a bottle at 1 in the morning (trust me you'll be exhausted) you can just whip it out and feed them! I was so upset when I had to stop. Breastfeeding isn't for everyone, but I would try it for a couple of weeks.
breastfeeding! it gives the mom & baby a bond. it's more nutritious & even tho formula companies try to mimic breast milk they can't completely, a certain cry & your baby's saliva tells your body what kinda of milk the baby needs. breast feeding isn't for everyone but I feel every mom should at least try.
@mommyv1009, thank you! a lot of people I've talked to prefer to breastfeed because of how good it is for your baby. I'm just very uncomfortable with the whole boob being out and stuff.

There are three ways that babies build their immunization. 1 is breastfeeding the mother actually gives babies the antibodies to fight certain diseases the second are vaccinations so that the baby can form the antibodies they can't get from mom and 3rd is catching the sickness. Breastfeeding is really a good idea if at all possible!:)
@angkalinowski, I was too at first! after a couple of weeks you get used to it and all you care about is that your baby is being fed. I would get a nursing cover, that helped me not feel so weird. Like I daid, it's difficult at times, but completely worth it!
@angkalinowski, breast is best as you have probably heard 100 times before. And it gives you a bond with your child like no other. But don't feel discouraged if you aren't able to. I couldn't with my 2nd at all and I pumped for him so he still was able to receive my milk and then switched over to special formula because he had a milk protein allergy. This time with my 3rd I intend on trying to breastfeed immediately after birth and have a pump just in case and formula to supplement if needed.
breastfeeding but I only did for a little bit Bradley couldn't het hang of it so I had to pump but I eventually stopped doing it. I hate giving him formula... nothing is wrong with it I just rather give breastmilk. hopefully next baby will be easier

Breast is always best but I personally could never produce enough for my hungry man so I had to supplement and then I dried up so I had to so bottle.
