hi I'm a mother to a 2 year old toddler he will be 3 in august ... I am engaged to be married in July and am currently trying to get pregnant ... my son was easy to conceive. I'm am not with his father . I have been trying since July of last year ... any tips of how to conceive easily ?

stop trying and just have fun and relax. when me and my husband tried we didnt want to stress over it so we just had sex more then usual and it happened with in the first week.

@labarbie_84, it helps with fertility and reproductive health. For men it increases their sperm count by a lot.
