5 years ago today I was blessed with a huge surprise Timothy James came at 36 weeks. He wasn't due until 5.20.10 but felt he needed to make his entrance a monthly early. I was fully with joy and fear at once. Joy to meet my precious baby boy, fear that it was early and there could be problems. He entered this world at 10am weighing 6lbs 13oz 19in long, he was placed on me for only a few secs because he was having problems breathing. They took him away to the NICU and I was heart broken. So sad that he wasn't with me in my room. Sad that everyone who came to visit couldn't hold him they could only see him thru the glass looking into the NICU. Sad that when it was time for me to go home he wouldn't be coming home with me. He was a peanut newborn clothes were big on him. I spent the next two weeks visiting him in the NICU as soon as I woke up until visiting hours were over. Finally after two weeks I was able to bring my precious blessing home. Felt like the longest two weeks of my life, finally was able to bring. Him home and enjoy every part of him. He has grown up to be such a sweet loving little boy. He loves to drive us all crazy at times but he is a sweetheart. I thank god every day for blessing me with all my boys and today is a special day for TJ. Thank you lord for making me his momma.
