woke up as I was choking on something. at first I didn't realize what it was. I went to the bathroom as I really had to pee. and then I puked 😩😩😩 that's just great! -.- then trying to get comfortable back in bed, I throw my back out. literally heard the loudest pop with sudden sharp pain. :/ happy Monday -.-
