Baths👌 i always give my toddler warm baths to help him poop when he's constipated. Usually as soon as he feels the water he poops right away; this has always work for me 😃
My daughter had bad constipation during her first few weeks and I put both of her knees against her belly and pushed it down a little and it worked! Just something my mom showed me
I gave my three month old an ounce of diluted juice. Worked like a charm! She had been stopped up for about a week and I didn't want to see her hurting. She exploded that night and got it all out! Haha

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
