your doctor can tell when you go in for your check ups and they feel on your tummy and they can also tell in your ultra sounds baby's go head down anywhere from 34-40 weeks depends on your baby when there ready to position themselves .

Is them going head down and them dropping the same thing? My sister is also pregnant and she is 32 weeks and her baby is head down @mommyzay

My baby has been head down since an ultrasound at 15 weeks so don't worry

I dropped at 24 weeks but he was breeched. Now I'm 35 and he's head down and pretty far into my pelvis that I can't sit up in chairs.
