I work in a restaurant and there's this one family that comes in from time to time and they all drink diet coke. Then 2 kids are well under 10 yrs old. And really, DIET coke? Smh
My step son is asking for theee worse pop when it comes to caffeine. Mountain Dew, and his dad said he's allowed to have one every once in a way. May I remind you he has terrible ADHD, and his dad can't fall asleep if he drinks pop.
Yep it's horrible. My niece is proof. She's 7 yrs old first grade. Is 3ft9in and 60lbs. She is in the 98th percentile for her age group for being overweight. Meaning in a room of 100 kids, she has more bodyfat than 98 of those kids. She has "asthma"... No she's outta breath because she's obese. And "diabetes runs in our family"... No. No one runs in your family! Is the real answer. Ok I'm done lol I just wish people would understand how they're ruining their kids life with soda.
