Moms: Pampers or Huggies and why do you personally like one over the other?

Pampers... All my kids pissed through Huggies as soon as I would put them on and when I called to complain the lady said this was 3rd call that week saying something similar.

huggies, my daughter had blow outs and the huggies had elastic to help hold it in pampers she had poop up her back huggies were wonders for that not much got on her clothes, huggies run smaller than pampers if you have a smaller baby like I did at first now she's a chunker

Pampers !! Huggies broke my daughter out really bad. She had terrible rash from them. My mom also hated huggies when my siblings and I were growing up. she said they caused us to get rashes also.

I used pampers for both my son and daughter and will be using them again for my son . I have tried huggies once with my son and he got a real bad rash from them so I have been with pampers ever since 😊😊

@queenquee, I find the pampers stay dryer. When my son has a full diaper (pee) I feel the inside with the back of my hand lol and they're quite damp.

huggies don't like pampers all my kids would leak through.

@camillesmom, I like the elastic on Huggies better than pampers but I find my son has equal blowouts and just as bad in pampers and Huggies

@iloveni0820, my son had a very mild almost like a heat rash and bc it's too hard to do an elimination diet when your bf I thought ide try switching diapers... I'm leaning towards liking pampers more .... Hmm

@mrs.oliva, leak pee or poo through or both? And which ones do u use by Huggies do you have a favorite? I like the wetness indicator, do they all have those?

@babydavis915, did she break out in a rash? What did it look like?

@regelbaby, you won't regret the switch ! ever since my daughter hasn't had one rash. She actually never had one until I put a huggies diaper on her. But I also hears that they had to recall a bunch of packs because some people found little bugs in the packages. I just HATE huggies. its a horrible brand

I use Luvs no leaks! for my first 2 kids I used huggies and pampers but with my 3rd I had already learned that Luvs are cheaper and way better when it comes to leaks 😀

I use the smugglers or the snug dry and yes they have the line on them. and it was both. you should get a pack of Huggies and pampers and see which u like for itself 😊

Ewwwwww wt hell? Bugs? Oh that's another thing tho... Pampers has a smell to them, like they smell like a new baby and Huggies has pretty much no scent at all. At first I thought that was good bc less chemicals maybe. @iloveni0820

@regelbaby, hmmm how old is he? my mom also told me luvs was amazing, I never tried them cause I love huggies but it will all work out when they start eating solids!

@mimi713, maybe I'll try a pack of luvs, thanks! @mrs.oliva I have used pampers since he was born but I just recently bought about 36 Huggies to try bc he has a mild rash all over his body. Just like bumps all over his skin but they're skin color not pink or red of anything

@regelbaby, Yes she broke in a rash that was over her entire bottom, private and thighs. It happen as soon as they touch her skin. I didn't have any problems with Huggies with her so that's all I'm planning on buying for this baby and I will let ppl know who are attending my baby shower. I'm not being picky just don't want the same problem. It lasted for about 3 to 4days doctor was impressed how I handled it on my own until her appointment.

I hate huggies. they always leaked with my son. I personally love pampers or luvs diapers. they never leaked or caused irratation.

Oh ya that's really good u caught it right away! N ya I wouldn't feel awkward or nething letting everyone know u want only Huggies. Easier for you. @babydavis915

Lol I didn't try to wash the outfits, I just threw them out lol there was no saving them

it really depends on the Mom and baby. I like that Pampers has a light scent to them. but I use huggies. it think they absorb more. plus there's always more coupons and deals for huggies

Ya I like the scent as well! It camouflages the smell of poo. But I also never doubt if he pooped in the Huggies cuz I can smell it and it's bf poop n it barely smells so it's hard to smell it in the pampers @firstbaby_girl
