I know some people have there opinions about people having HIV and having babies. but 5 years ago I gave birth to my youngest son and he didn't have it. I'm pregnant now and my doctors and family are mostly concerned about is me gaining weight and staying undetectable. I'm so nervous about this pregnancy because this time I know my status last time I didn't know until I was 5 months and rushed to the hospital. I'm really praying for a health and full term pregnancy. my boyfriend is very supportive but at times I feel like I'm very alone! some people have very hateful words on how they feel about me being pregnant. it breaks my heart!

@butterfly88, I had a friend who gave birth to 3 healthy kids and she had AIDS as well. I also have another friend who have AIDS and have 2 healthy kids. Everything will be okay! Some ppl are just stupid and don't understand there are plenty of ways to protect the baby.

@babydavis915, that's a blessing. so many mix up HIV and AIDS. they are two different things. but I constantly have to explain to people I live a health normal life.

@butterfly88, Yes and my friends do too. One died last year but it wasn't from AIDS. Your kids are a blessing and don't let no one tell you different.

Who cares what other people think. You will have beautiful kids no matter what they have. As long as you take care of them ! I wish you and your babies the best of luck !
