Is anyone else a runner? I'm 22 weeks and find that after a run I have Braxton hicks and wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

I get them after a workout/yoga it's totally normal 😊 if your concerned just tone it down or talk to your doc

My Dr has encouraged me to run as long as I'm able to. Even said 10 kms would be fine. I've always been a runner so I've toned it down pregnant but I know I will have to put those running shoes away soon. It's the one thing I do completely for me and I am sad that I might have to start walking soon

Very normal. I used to get that after walking. Try slowing it down a bit and I would talk to your maternity doctor just to be sure that it's all good to continue running
