it's crazy I know. unc chapel hill did a surgery on my grandpa years ago....he was supposed to be there a week and ended up being there for 3 months because they cut something they weren't supposed to. Come to find out he really didn't need the surgery they just wanted to use him. We almost lost him several times because of it. And now he has serious health problems because of it. My grandma has tried suing the doctor and the hospital but no lawyer will take the case. They don't want to go up against a hospital like UNC.

if you do get a lawyer sometimes the hospital will settle before it goes to.court... you could get a settlement or if you want to go for his license then you could try taking it to court... it shouldnt have happened... pneumonia is something easily tested for and should be procaution when having a little one with a heart condition... Doctor should.be ashamed
