Even though I stopped pumping/breast feeding a month ago, is it still possible to get that supply back and try again?

You will have to ask your lactation nurse or doctor if it's okay, but I would assume you could just open the capsule and mix it with food or a drink but def ask first cause I'm not a doctor

Is there another way that doesn't involve pills? I can't take them unless they're chewable which is very inconvenient. @chhaya

If you still have even a little milk left then you should be able to get your supply back at leat a little. You can take fenugreek. My lactation consultant told me to take 2 fenugreek pills 3 times a day and pump every 1-2 hours and in 2-3 days of doing that your supply should return.
