Do any of you moms use breast milk & formula to feed your baby?

Yup I do! I do breast milk all day and some formula at night. Only because I don't produce enough milk. I get out as much as I can

I know lots of people do, it's super early to supplement though if you do it too early your breastmilk supply will actually go down.

@mmmirage, yeah! i pump and express milk. and i don't get alot either.

@sinabear, milkmaid tea helps a bit. Gives me a couple extra oz sonetimes .. Oh and eating oatmeal in the morning

I use enfamil prosobee. I feel like str8 dairy formula is too much on their stomachs right away. That's just me tho

I pump and give it to my daughter in a bottle

@lilmomma817, can you latch your baby on your breasts? i have a hard time...so i pump as much as i can

the first two days at the hospital it was hard but the day I left the hospital n the nxt day were okay until one night I guess she wasn't getting enough or anything n having a problem latching on n that night my breast were huge so I decided to pump n give it to her in a bottle n notice she gets a lot more when I do that

@lilmomma817, yeah same here..gunner is use to the bottle..he doesnt like to latch at all :( and when i try he gets so mad and pulls away :(

since she's been on the bottle I haven't tried the boob again me n my hubby both think the bottle is better

@lilmomma817, hey! me again:) umm so how much do you pump? & do you hand express too?... I pump whenever baby is asleep..and i find that expressing milk with my hands gives me more milk!
