@yourmommylovesyou, We got approved for our apartment this last week and we both are just so ready for it. But his Mom doesn't like me. And she is trying to make this hard. We have exactly enough for everything for the apartment. And a little extra out of his next check. She is insisting he gives her $125 for rent so his Brother can stay in the apartment they are living in now. When he's not going to be there. And we can't afford it. He swears he's not letting her ruin this or anything. I just feel like she thinks if she does this he will be forced to move home with them and he'll bring our Daughter and she will just get me out of the picture. He has already said that he would never move back or leave me and our girls but it's just hard when his mom thinks because we weren't married when I got pregnant that I'm a horrible person who can't raise a child. I already have one and just because she's never met her she thinks I can't be a good mother. She's never met her because they live 2 hours away and my 1 1/2 year old can't sit that long.

Honey, I hear you talk about his family all of the time.. This is ridiculous.. They need to quit.. He better not give her money because it will only get worse when the baby comes if you guys aren't together.. And he needs to man up and put his foot up her ass so she'll stop..

That's hard because I understand how you'd want acceptance and support from your mans family but Ya know what it's not worth stressing and letting her get to you and try to wedge between your little family. If you let it bother you and bring you down she's getting what she is aiming for. Potentially creating tension between you and her son. Stay strong, give it time and she should learn to eventually love you like her son does. If she doesn't... Her loss but no need to let it upset you because you have the love of your sweet babies and your man and you don't need someone creating havoc in your life anyways. Chin up buttercup!

@yourmommylovesyou, I'll finally feel like I'm in a good place with his family then one of them drives me up a wall. He has told her the only way she's getting any is after we have paid everything and if we have enough extra. I just feel bad that he's in the middle. When we went down last time I thought we were done dealing with the stress. Now she's back at it. I've always bee so nice to her. But lately idk how much longer I can go without telling her to be quiet. Because she thinks she still can tell him what to do with his money and it pisses me off. When we first found out the gender he had just gotten his income tact money back and we went to go get some of the stuff we needed. She tells him he can't spend more then $100 of it on our Daughter because he had to pay rent. Obviously rent isn't $700. And his Brother got money at the same time and they share an apartment and she babies the shit out of him and told him he could use his on whatever he wanted to and my fiancée would pay the rent. His Brother doesn't work and has paid rent once in the almost 2 years he's lived there. He can help out and not buy model cars for once. And now since my Fiancée has a better job she wants him doing this and that. And I'm just like we have a baby due in less then 2 months and we HAVE to get this apartment. Otherwise we are fucked because we don't have enough room to be staying at my parents and we definitely aren't moving in with them. @lindsrenee
