I'm telling you jog it works when my water broke I was 5cm cause I jogged that Monday which made my daughter drop then I started getting vaginal pains and new she was coming that week
It's excruciating back cramps. When my contractions hit I couldn't even sit I was walking around punching walls lol. And by the time I got the epidural it was too late because I was already 9cm so I felt everything 😢

It's pain that's impossible to explain I was so happy they gave me epidural at 5cm
