I have my first prenatal appointment at a free clinic tomorrow. I will be 6 weeks and I am very nervous! The hospitals won't take anyone until 12-13 weeks and this being my first pregnancy I am very afraid of a miscarriage. I have only had cramping and no nausea. Any advice on what to expect at this appointment? Thank you!!

I know were in different States but what is the free clinic called? I can't see a obgyn because it'll be a huuuuge bill and my insurance doesn't get activated till late may

Cramping is very normal. I always felt like my period was going to start. I even spotted during my pregnancy a few times. It's normal as long as it's not a lot and best to bedrest a couple days if u ever spot. Just don't panic! I was always scared and paranoid over everything. God will bless u this winter and time will fly ! :)
