I tried it with my first daughter and I did not enjoy it one bit. I feel it's very awkward and with this one I am not breast feeding. so don't feel bad

I know you've already heard it but I felt like you and honestly didn't breastfeed my first. when I had my second child I really regretted not feeding my oldest. the skin of your baby is so much healthier without formula and you'll spend less sleepless nights taking care of a sick child in and out of ER. For me the benefits outweigh everything else. yes it is uncomfortable at first but that goes away and is replaced with a bond I can't describe. I suggest just a few months at least. you'll be really happy you did. also it makes your breasts feel really good to get them drained naturally. it's like a back massage when you have a back ache.

I did consider trying it for a were or so. Because I'm one of those ''don't knock it before you try it'' people... But idunno... I really just feel like I won't enjoy it. @courtney_boyea @islanddreamer07

it's ok to have doubts. you can pack a bottle for times when you are in public but it's makes your baby's skin so soft and smooth and really I can't stress enough. Breastfeed babies get less infections and fevers not to mention mommy also reaps health benefits. You get a higher sickness immunity just from breastfeeding

when you are at the hospital a lactation specialist can help make the transition better. get a nipple shield. you wouldn't believe the difference the shield makes. they have me one at the hospital. I was about to give up hope of breastfeeding until I got one. real miracle they are.

breastfeeding isnt for everyone. It is your choice. You know the pros & cons of both sides so whatever decision you make is yours

my first child had achne bad skin color and constipation from formula. I think about what I would want for my body and treat my children that way also. I'm not trying to bring anyone down or lecture. I only want to help so please don't take this in a negative way.

Dude it's fine to feel that way! I tried it with my first & it was just uncomfortable for me so I stopped, & I don't plan to with my second.. & I understand how annoying it is for everyone to tell you breast feeding is blah blah blah.. My in laws never shut up about it once I stopped.. It's all I heard for weeks.. Eventually they all shut up about it. Don't sweat it sweetheart ☺️

I swear your not the only one. I think it's nasty too. I want to try to pump see how that works out and then formula feed. I just think nipple sucking is gross. I mean putting it in your babies mouth. well I know im not the only one now. I didn't want people to judge me but I agree. it's just not my type of thing.

He tells me everything it comes you all the benefits, over and over again... and it's like ''babe. no. the thought of our daughter putting her mouth on the same thing you do.. makes me really uncomfortable.'' like my baby gets excited when I make her bottle.... and it would be so awkward if she got all excites smiling and kicking her legs when I brought my nipple out Hahahaha man idk it does have great benefits and bonding

but there is NOTHIN wrong with food old formula. nova is perfect. she gets sick but every baby does!!!
