@missj_stephens, dont know. I woke up with a pain in my chest and my hand were shaking. Used have panic attack as a teenager. Havent had one since I was pregnant with my first which is 9 years ago. I feel like Im about to get them again. Its soo awful, rapid heart rate and feels like u are about die. I think I need to cool down. I take in all bad things happening and when its too much I explode.

oh i knkw i used to grt them daily i know all about anxiety attacks. i have very bad anxiety.
