We were headed out to our first appt they want me to try adding formula to his diet! Cause he lost weight. He's only two days old it's not a drastic amount but it's pretty good. I will not add it to his diet though. So instead we are just going to wake baby up and mess with him until he eats more and see his weight gain on wednesdAy! Don't give up breast feeding ladies it's hard, frustrating, and hurts like a bitch but it's all worth it.

Good for you :) they tried telling me the same but I didn't and now my sons 2 1/2 months and is a little chunk.

Makenna lost 7 ounces in the hospital and then another 2 between taking her home and her first appt. i just kept feeding and crying through it but now she's gained like 2 pounds!!

@zaydenmomma, awesome!! I don't wanna give it!! @btener014 that's awesome at least you never gave up!! He was born 7 15 at his appt today he weighed 7 2.5 so he's lost about 13oz but we are going to keep at it. As I'm writing this he's been feeding over 20 minutes so we are trying!!
