@caracross1, can you take anything? I've been dealing with the pain. But right now I'm ready to cry. It's in my right shoulder

Not that I know of. I used to take ibuprofen but we can't take that... I've just been suffering through it. Really sucks.

Yes, I took a couple tylenols and put a heating pad on. I'm going to ask my ob is it safe to get a cortisone shot. That should last for about a month or two. @Cheflitab
