Someone please explain to me why I wasted all of this time making registries for my shower if no one…

it gives people an idea of what you need. but most people don't get stuff from it. but they have benefits.. like babies r us gives coupons for things left on the registry & stuff like that.

It's so aggravating. I just look at it and all of the stuff I've specifically picked out and it makes me more upset. So I've stopped even looking at it. And I know @parkers_mommy that's why I added some more stuff to it, since apparently all of the stuff I really wanted I am going to have to buy for myself.

I went through the same thing. it's annoying. its like they shouldn't ask what we need if they're just going to ignore it and get what they want.

Yea one of my friends told me that most people by stuff the day of @briana0410 and I hate that because I'm a hardcore planner, so I like knowing what's coming in so I can prepare for what I'm going to have to buy. My mom said maybe people will get me gift cards to the places I registered instead of buying anything.

Have two that's what me and my Fiancé did and we got everything we need plus more and we got gift cards as well

I got like 4 things off my registry its pretty much a guideline.of things u need my SIL told me.to.make one but not to except ppl to buy things on it cause they will buy what they want

have you had a baby shower yet? I know my family bought some stuff I needed but didn't but it off the registry because they found it cheaper somewhere else.

My shower is tomorrow...well my first one. But my second one isn't even like a real shower. It's 15 people, including me and my mom and sister. And seven of the people left are going to my first shower. I'm hoping I get all gift cards, because I'm super ocd about all of my babies stuff. I picked all of this stuff out specifically because I knew I wanted it and would use it.

Most ppl don't do the registry I was surprised a lot of ppl did get stuff off mine but I also got lots of GC to the places I registered. If it's stuff I really want if I can I just get it I don't expect ppl to follow the registry to a T . I'm just thankful that ppl brought gifts and a lot wasn't on my registry but it was stuff I needed n didn't think about plus if they give reciepts you can take back n get what u need! 😊
