I have cas involved already too.. due to previous drug use (weed) 5yrs ago.. I havent used my whole pregnancy but they just wanna make sure everything is okay.. as long as u inform them u wont be using while caring for ur child and ull do so outside and not around the baby ull be fine. my bf smokes it and cas knows he does but they dont have an issue with it.

the reason they know is due to urine/blood work done on u, the baby and the placenta during and after birth @dovejazz

Ohhh Yeahh! This dummy preggo brain lol. @kimmy1990 umm I've heard tho in some cultures (Jamaica) it's recommended for women to smoke week during pregnancy. Have u heard of that too.

I actually didnt hear that.but id believe it.. smoking weed is actually less harmful then cigarettes during pregnancy.. theres been soo many studies done and the only thing they come up with is it can cause low birth weights, asthma,premature births and pretty much anything cigerettes do, but no birth defects no miscarriages..nothing truly harmful.. some women like myself used it to eat while pregnant.. when I was pregnant befor I had no urges to eat no feeling of hunger and id go 2-3days with out eating..unless I smoked weed. so it was beneficial for me.. cas back then of course didnt approve buut my arguement that it was no worse then smokin was a true statement so there wasnt a whole bunch they could do.. honestly there muchh worse out there people can do while pregnant... theres also been studies that show it actually makes kids more creative and more in tune with reality if their mothers smoked it during pregnancy..theres many studies if u google it.. ita one of those things that should be legalize and shouldnt be a concern... now if u were a crack head or junkie then id say cas should be involved becuz those drugs can actually kill ur unborn.. @dovejazz

@dovejazz, @lilbabyz @kimmy1990 : They know because I was honest and told the nurse when she asked me. I didn't think they would call CAS on me, honestly. And everything you're saying is exactly what I mentioned too

@kimmy1990, yeah if anything it's beneficial, how it helped you wow. Yeah Not harmful really as other actual drugs & alcohol. Well m glad that at least then they don't hang it upon you guys and it not much to worry abt them getting involved and all.
