Beech-Nut Nutrition announced a recall of approximately 1,920 pounds of baby food products after a consumer found a small piece of glass in one of the products.

The recall, announced Tuesday on the website of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), involves 4-oz. glass jars containing “Stage 2 Beech-Nut CLASSICS sweet potato & chicken” that were produced on Dec. 12, 2014.

The USDA said the baby food products were shipped to retail locations nationwide.

Beech Nut, based in Amsterdam, New York, also received a report of an oral injury associated with the consumption of the now-recalled products, according to the USDA.
