HELP!!!!

OMG I found out I had a cold sore on myy lip... I've never had one before ... I'm a picker (I kno...VERY bad habit ) I pick everything, dry skin, scabs, pimples... etc... i'm so green to it... I thought I picked my lip to much nd it was just a cut... nope turns out to b Cold Sore it was white yesterday... I put some blistex on my lip bcuz my midwife told me it looked like a cold sore at my appointment.... i woke up this morning it's YELLOW... MY SON WILL B HERE MONDAY..

I WANT TO KISS ALL OVER HIM.... WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THIS GO AWAY... i didn't even go to my appointment today... it's that unattractive.... HELP!!!
