jeeez pumping is getting so painful 😢😢

you need to make adjustments. try holding the things that go over your breasts and rotating them while they pump. it really helps. massage your breasts often and wear the nipple cream.

sorry one more thing you may not get enough milk if you are in pain. try different settings.

I try pushing my hands and doesn't hurt was much... well maybe because I only pump and bottle feed my baby?! I get a lot of milk too tho
