i would say something to increase ovulation may help

the guys family has nothing to do with it at all a women either releases two eggs at the same time (faternal) or the egg splits (identical)

I used PreSeed.

Don't think their Is anyway to increase it .. It's either genetic or hereditary if it runs in either of your guys family ...

I'd love to know too
