lol my daughter is the exact same. she has no hair. and if I don't have a head band in her hair people ask me if she's a boy. I have bows and head bands. I clip the bows to plain head bands that way I have like all sorts of combinations

I've noticed a lot of bald babies end up having a lot of hair in the long run so enjoy not having to comb hair for a little while you may be in for trouble later. Just keep her in girly colors but honestly it don't matter some ppl will ask if it's a boy or say boy even in all pink smh
