has anybody tried the mothers milk tea to help increase breast milk?? I just bought some and I want to know if it works

I use the tea it does help and Jessica is right oats and yeast really help the supply

my sister said it did... she also said dark beer worked really well... just have to pump and throw out an hour later.. i think.its the oats and barley and yeast that upped her supply
