How many of you gave your newborn baby Tylenol? My baby has his 2 months shot this week and the Dr said I'm not supposed to give him meds this young but I hear when they get shots sometimes they get a fever so I'm a little nervous because I have to work. I can't monitor him and rush all the way to the other side of town to bring him to the hospital if they call me and say he has a fever. (It will take me 30 min without traffic. An hour with traffic. && that's not including ride to the hospital) I may not make it in time and they say if it a babies temperature gets too high they can have seizures. So I'm really nervous. What have you guys done?

when my baby was hospitalized at 2 weeks for a fever, they gave her Motrin and she's been fine since then.

My son's doctor gave me the go ahead to give my little man tylenol only if needed. I'm military so she prescribed it so i wouldnt have to go out and buy some, but directions says to give him 2.5 ml which is half of a teaspoon .

Tylenol is fine I gave her some before her shots and the doctor told me to give her some more if she gets a fever or is in to much pain u just have to give him a lower dose my doctor said no motrin since it has aspirin

I gave it to my son when he had gotten his shots...I would just give him a small amount. I would also give it to him before his shots. @sexii_diiva

my son got his yday n my doc said its fine n my son is 2 months he got a fever n I gave him 2.5 ml I'm gna give it to him before hand next time cause I heard it prevents the fever

my doctor said Tylenol is perfectly fine. if buy this is your a Lil iffy on buying some only cuz its a Lil more natural then the other Tylenol

dont use infant tylonal my dr said its the same concentration as regular childrens tylonal but you give more so it has and can cause overdose in babys my dr said give the lowest amount

My baby got her 2 months shots today too and prescribed Tylenol I'm supposed to give it to her every 4 hours nothing wrong with it
