Usually if u dont show on ur belly and baby still not kicking u dont feel pregnant unless if have morning sickness etc. I think once u get to see the first ultrasound pictures, baby's heartbeat and first kicks u gonna feel pregnant. Hang in there. I didnt feel pregnant for a long time. But the kicks do their magic:)
@countrymommy2be, i didn't really feel pregnant until about 18weeks, when I finally started showing. I never had morning sickness and even seeing the ultrasound at 12 weeks, it was still hard to believe.

I didn't feel like that either in the beginning of my pregnancy! But once Belle started to kick inside the womb , I knew it was real 😂❤😊
