From what age can you take your little one swimming? I've read it can be 3months+?? Really want to get out more and exercise so swimming sounds like fun but not sure about the age!

Can moms eat ice and drink cold water while baby swims?
I donot know how some moms can eat ice or drink cold/ hot water while they know their baby swims in the water then will be cold or hot . 🤔😇😇
