abstinence lol. I just keep track of my period. you can even keep track of ovulation. this worked for a year lol

till we stopped worrying about getting pregnant

@helpedbytmh, actually it depends on they individual. I used an app called Feminapp it had a flower add the icon. it was a great help. it helps you keep track of periods, intercourse, menstrual symptoms, and it shows the estimated time for ovulation.
