Is this your first one? @mrs.hernandez.2013 if so going natural hurts just as bad and is just as painful. My water broke with my daughter and they still had to get the pitocin and it was so bad I had no choice but to get the epidural

@mrs.hernandez.2013, yeh, some people say that works & same with pumping or nipple stimulation. remain calm, I heard if you're calm you dilate better. & if you start getting contractions, walk through them. idk if these things work this is my first, I'm just going by what I've heard lol.
