I went from having contractions yesterday to a constant period like cramping.... Idk what to do gonna try and take a warm shower to help

They subsided... Im gonna keep an eye on it for the ret of the night but i think im okay for now @rocket

Oh OK. good. Thats why I was in the hospital so long I started to dilate so they wanted to stop the labor
