it's fine to eat while pregnant. some people just say it can help you go into labor but there's no real evidence that proves its true.

I just read that is can soften the cervix and can cause a miscarriage?

I ate pineapple my entire pregnancy , and my baby came out very healthy !

it's fine. you'd have to eat like six whole pineapple to cause anything.
