And on the top of all I feel like a pig. Keep eating so much food, healthy but still lots and lots of healthy food where I feel sick to my stomach. Why am I torturing myself like that?

I'm the same. Alot of presure some time I get sharp pains in my Vajay-jay. And breathing is bad since I'm sick. On top of wanting to eat all the time but I don't. I drink water and eat fruit.

@kimmygarrett85, thats exactly what I get specially when I walk. And I do walk alot but that cuz I have to. Today I was so stupid think if I take the bike to go to a friends house would help. I was in so much pain from only cycling 1mile. My husband was pretty pissed of cuz I went with the bike, specially cuz its a guys bike. Well I learned my lesson.
