I know I still have a bit but I wanna go ahead and be prepaid... I'm a first time mom and I'm due July 22. How should I dress my daughter when I'm leaning the hospital? I love in Texas so it's going to be HOT I don't wanna over dress and she be too hot or under dress and her be cool... Also, what should she wear while in the hospital? A onesie, socks and the little hospital hat? Should I put leggings on her too?

They say dress babies in what you would wear. That's how I dress my son.

my mom told me to always dress baby with one for layer than you because they aren't active so they don't regulate temperature like us. so if you're okay in Jeans & a t shirt than the baby should have a Small sweater as well.

a onesie or cute outfit. nothing too hot. you can put some lightweight pants on over the onesie if the hospital is chilly.

Yes don't over dress, I did a long sleeved onsie, pants, Mits and thick socks and a hat.. we had to pull over and strip her down half way home because she was sweating so bad :/
