take advantage of sleep and try not to appear frustrated while holding the baby. they sense that and it makes them cry more. try to remain calm and soothing whenever around baby

Sleep whenever you can take care of yourself too healthy mama=healthy baby sometimes you need a break so it's ok to accept help when it's offered
