If I freeze my breast milk and get it out of freezer, how long after still good?

At room temperature? 4-6 hrs I think

what if I put it the refrigerator? because I heard can only use for 24 hrs after got out of freezer

it's only good room temp for 4 hrs

and can stay in fridge up to 48 hours

but you can't use a little and then keep storing it in the fridge and keep taking it back out @schevanya

Honestly idk. I know freshly expressed breastmilk is good as follows:

Room temp: 4-6hrs

Cooler with 2 ice packs: 24hrs

Fridge: 3-8days

Freezer: 6-12 months

I don't know about after you pull it out of the freezer. I do know once it's thawed you can't re freeze it

I go off of the Medela breastfeeding guide book thing. It lists exactly what I told you. My son has drank bottles that were bordering 6 hrs old and was totally fine.

I saw a video on YouTube saying after you defrost the breast milk its only good for one hour. Also if your baby doesn't finish the milk that you defrosted within one hour then you can't freeze it again.
