Never drinking again. I pumped what I thought was enough to get MJ through the day for a wedding we were going to today. I had ONE drink and thought oh I can just pump and dump later! SIKE! She was extra hungry today and I had to wait till we got home (four hour drive) to pump the majority of milk out to feed her the rest.
Crying, hungry baby + unusable milk = engorged painful boobs 😭
All is good now but I thought for sure today would never end

your milk is ok to use of your blood alcohol level is sober. you coulda kept all that milk you pumped when you got home... im assuming once you pumped you weren't buzzed anymore... that means your milk is ok to use. just so you know for the future now. :)
