what I did when I was feeling like that was got some chamomille tea and put a slice of lemon in it with a few drops of honey that helped my throat @mommavee

I went threw 4 days off that cap. it was my worst cold ever! real talk. I did it with only Tylenol and hot tea and Lotz of steamy hot showers to wash away the sickness and Vicks. good luck mommy. I hope you don't get too sick and get well soon.
